Under the Corporate Transparency Act, LLC's are required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report. 

I will hire a local person for emergencies and other stuff but wondering if anyone on this forum had specific details.

I asked for referrals from other investors and he said it would take a few days for him.

You can start small in some instances especially in a market like Detroit.

I sent them a text with an informal notice that if I don't hear back from them about the changes in their arrival plans and don't receive the first months rent by tomorrow I will presume they no longer plan on taking possession of the property at which point I will make a formal legal notice.

See if there are outpatient services and if they need a property to use.
