How much of what you now know how to do in real estate investing did you once step out in faith and just a little fear at first?

@Caleb Brown, I would LOVE to look out of state, but I am fearful that me not living there could create a problem. 

Your greatest fear is moving up in a 1031 and I get that. 

The appraisal is scheduled for today and I fear nothing else has been completed since I was out there a week ago.

A classic example of how buying when others are fearful can pay off. 

This is not as prevalent in condos, but it is still a lot easier to tell during the winter.

My fear is I end up owing a giant tax bill. 

My fear is that if we use our money then if something happens we would not have cash if needed.

He says he feels bad taking their stuff out of the dryer and putting it on the floor, and he also doesn't like to touch belongings that aren't his for fear of being accused of stealing. 

At this point, drop this on the landlord to handle but know that your personal responsibility is report crime to the police and violations of your lease to the landlord.And, quit living in fear and anxiety.
