Plenty of great areas of Cleveland to focus on for great returns that can't be beat that you don't have to worry about. 

Just walk into Home Depot on a weekday morning and you will find plenty of contractor who can give you a card.  

Ive seen plenty of instances when $5k premium isnt enough to get the deal done though. 

Those results will point you to the neighborhoods that actually have them.There are plenty of areas with great opportunities for almost any niche. 

It's plenty of time to fix up the basement and it allows me to add about 1,100 sq ft to this property while keeping the tenants happy in their main level bedrooms. :)
