I found just taking a seasoned investor out for coffee and/or lunch and picking up the tab goes a long way with getting plugged other ways to fund your deals than your traditional bank loans. 

The debate is endless here on BP on what is the best strategy, I'd just pick one and go.Bear in mind that they do cost money.

Hi Brian,If you don't have a re-lease fee in your contract, I wouldn't arbitrarily pick a number to charge her.  

And if there is anyone here who is in the Eugene area I would be happy to buy you lunch if you wouldn’t mind sharing your knowledge.Since this is my first post I’ll pick a question from the Famous 4 and tell you what I do for fun.

Credit policies vary by bank but at the end, it like picking an auto manufacturer.
