Come to find out his wife's dad had a career in real estate, his friend works at a firm as a private lender (that's how he got started), the houses were 50k houses and half of them were trailers...His personal house, while large was in the middle of nowhere...You can see the focus shifted from real estate investing to social media marketing.

it was vicious.what I liked coming out of this was so many that were bought with cash those folks don't lose houses.. and if someone is buying in this model I personally feel they need at least 10 to 15k in reserves on a hand to sustain a bad tenant run. the negative cash flow folks were CA NV AZ FLA ..
