I know many people have lawyered up, and they’ve gotten nothing of value back in return for their legal fees.

Just curious because people in that community could exceed the yearly limit pretty easily. 

I would move on to another applicant especially if you have other people currently interested in the property.

So if there is built in equity in the property, you would be missing out on it because of a presumed prepayment penalty, but its a great way to leverage the bargaining power of cash while still maintaining capital to buy multiples at a time.Would be happy to help if you would like to take a look at what you would qualify for.

So many people treat MTR like a unique investment class, but it is not.

Borrowing other people's money sounds great but the market prices are high and hard to make profit if you borrow the down payment and borrow for the remainder of the mortgage loan.
