He is like every other economist, guessing, and usually wrong because he needs an agenda to keep a platform.

Many of us on this site are skeptical of people who join the site and have an agenda from post number #1 for obvious reasonsIn this thread, Jason has been asked by posters and it appears even from a representative of Affinity to share the details of the claim in question to which he has declined so far. 

I pretty much have enough that I don't have to work anymore, but that's boring. in a few more years I'll be able to afford to not work full time, and still grow at a fast pace. the end goal for me though (to use someone elses word here) is legacy.I really would like to leave a positive impactful mark on humanity, and all the ways I want to do this are expensive.

Whenever it happens, they obviously have an agenda.

My question to these folks pushing this liberal agenda ----- You are ok that your neighbor has criminal background (drugs, attempted murder, attempted rape)??????

Progress is still progress even if you are moving at a slow pace.

That's number 2 for you.And finally, I accept that there are varying points of view on things, but I do not accept that condescension or dismissal is the most productive way for us to advance our understanding or even our personal agendas in a forum designed for education and advancement of common goals.

You can go on limited sleep for a few days or a week but if you keep going at that pace you'll get burned out, won't perform to your abilities, and will could honestly be taking years off your life from stress. 

Apartments are being built at record pace and it's still not enough.
