Consumer Confidence.

I am stuck between wanting to sell it and be done with it and never forgive myself for selling real property (lol) and using the money to pay off my consumer debt that I've racked up from losing my job in April due to COVID, or attempting to get it refinanced based on potential rental earnings if I can convince a bank to let me do that without a real job.

Prepping and sanding of the coves and grooves on cabinets is key to good adhesion of the paint &, but note it is very time consuming.  

Births tend to create windfalls of additional population and job growth into an economy through increased consumer spending into the local economy (bigger houses, more cars, more food, more clothes - all of the jobs needed to support that).

My Husband and I are both anxious to leave our time consuming W-2 jobs. 

So, my wife and I are in the process of clearing our plate of a small amount of consumer debt and a few other non essential expenses before we start to move into acquiring our first property.  

I outsourced as much as I could because I am a full time General Manager which is very time consuming.

They give us a discount to pass onto the consumer, on top of compensating us, as is normal approximately post-2018, as a customer acquisition cost.

For me, consumer debt has lost it's appeal.
