BP has TONS of good podcasts and articles about what people are concerned about when buying a duplex (have you met current tenants, what do rents go for in the area, is there separate metering for each unit, etc.) 

One concern I've seen people raised is - will it be difficult to find a reliable cleaning crew in the Hi-Desert area?

I've been trying to get an education on how much control park owners have over mobile home owners renting space in their park. 

ProblemI don't invest in mobile homes and know very little about it. 

I was also concerned about pool.

This only works if the listing agent happens to be unethical and is more concerned with double ending the deal than representing their client.

A heads up for anyone going to McKinney to talk to the appraisers concerning your tax notice.

I am sure he could rent a mobile home with land for the dogs in those towns.
