I did a search one your 8704 Catalina 3 bed, 2 bath listed for $48,000 and found 2 properties within 3 miles that appear to be move in condition for $26,000 and $22,900.

Also, as long as you're not at the top of the market for what you have and if your place is in nice condition, you could position yourself for people trading down-instead of a family renting for $1200/mo with more convenience or amenities, they may look to your $800/mo that's 2 miles away and think it's a worthwhile trade off so you don't have to lower rents as much.

They came back and said they can go no lower than the $229,500 and we would have to provide at least 3 COMPS within 1 mile of the location from sometime in the last 3 months to see if the BPO agent would lower her BPO price.David, nobody can jump in front of us to get this property, as we have it under contract and the property owner is satisfied with us, at this point.
