Most large syndicators/sponsors are now using online portals for investors to track their investment.

Totally fine with online only banks as they seem to be relatively low headache.. 

But, I don't give them the black eye that they deserve many times, and recently another landlord took a major problem away from me.

These are all close to two major colleges and the houses are rented to college students. 

Vacancy rates might be one of the major downsides here, in addition to low population/job growth.

I was doing a search of county court records online, and ran across a "rule to vacate" ruling on a certain individual. 

Make sure you are on the major sites for syndication and use your local MLS.
