Account Closed down played a large deployment, but large deployments can and do happen, oil fields can and do crash with the oil market, automotive manufacturing can and does crash with changes in demand.

Last November and December was challenging as we received over 6' of snow (a record for the area)  As I'm sure other members will comment, We are right in the oil and gas industry and it affects our real estate value significantly.  

It will be interesting to see if the lower oil prices will lead to layoffs and if those layoffs will affect the local housing market.
