But the difference is with a REIT, you own shares in a company holding many assets, and they are liquid.

Trying to educate the non accredited AND accredited investors on what a token is versus owning a share of stock, that is going to be a tough sell and will take a lot longer than five years in my opinion to have it be more mainstream.
