Then you can either transfer the remaining utility bill over to the new tenants so they pay any overage above the fixed cost (easiest) or charge the tenant an overage to compensate for any difference (makes more money but a little more work).Logan BoeschFreedom Solar Energy

How granular you want to get, for example if your original plan is to hold for 60 months, but you may decide in month 34 you want to ReFi, pending your lender, they may have two criteria, either a Minimum Prepayment Penalty (e.g. 1% of the loan) or an Equivalent Yield of Remaining Term, the Maximum of the two.

@Nicholas Pedrick I’m also in the process of investigating turnkey investments and what I’m coming across is that some of these providers are cash purchases only because they will never appraise for asking value to get lending because, as already mentioned here, their prices are inflated.
