It is so frustrating because anyone who will take the time to scam someone in a deal will spend the time to figure out how to manipulate any system we create.With my idea, it would be pretty easy for 2 scammers or 1 scammer with 2 identities to falsely report several successful deals done with each other to give the appearance of legitimacy.This is a tough thing.Maybe you just let people air their laundry and take responsibility for what they have to say as Rich said.

They work for multiple businesses, have their own equipment, set their own schedule, can subcontract out the job (do not have to personally perform services) and most importantly, have a risk of loss.

(License, insurance,  payroll, accounts payable, marketing,  sales, equipment, vehicles, etc.)

The biggest problem is that now after five years of struggle, the lease equipment is now being paid off through the LLC.

That said, we've got a ton of functionality and we do require modern equipment - so don't expect us to run well on old or cheap hardware.

Couple of points that have not been discussed that Boston is using as a crutch of the case; 1) Boston is having an identity crisis with with regards to affordable housing or even an affordable rental market.

Other thing you can do, request two quotes for each contractor, one with materials included and other quote for just labor and equipment.
