Is there a way for these property owners to remove their names/properties from listing sites?

We originally planned to owner occupy the main house, but due to changes in personal circumstances rented the main house out 5 months after the purchase.

So I as the owner and my team get paid a salary but get no money until the pref is hit. 

I’ll second this one and you may not always know about them ahead of the purchase but my first bed and breakfast we knew we had one ghost and we just couldn’t sell the house so we knew a lady that communicated with spirits (if you don’t believe in this that’s fine) and had her come over and there were 4 ghosts and she was able to get 3 of them to leave except for the original owner of the house who wanted the new owners to take good care of the property.

I’ve thought about using a dialer to call owners but that might be a little sketchy. 

Owner says they haven’t had any failures. 1) Is there a warranty or insurance product out there I could get seller to purchase to cover the systems in case they start failing.

We have a city near Denver (Arvada) that allows for non-owner occupied STRs but limits the number of nights you can rent to 240/year as a short-term rental.
