You just have to work and acquire differently and it takes a little more grind.

However, that very likely means a "party house" with more cleanup, pool maintenance, risk, and headaches from neighbors calling the police or you to complain about the noise and drunk people in their neighborhoods.

You have to first choose a strategy and then block out the noise of everything else.

Seems like a brokerage with 30,000 agents and a breakout tech would be making a lot of noise but it’s crickets!!

Keep it up and keep grinding!!

So we look for a solution out of the work grind. 

@Joe Colemen - What is meant with "Grind them Out" is you have to keep looking and a lot of times you have to look in areas that are not as evident that there is hidden value there. 

Silence that noise and make moves based on your goals and resources.
