When my last of six kids left home, three days later my wife and I were full-time RVers and I took up golf.

Tire swings were in rural areas and in the country...tractor tires painted white as yard planters.

Not that should stop anyone but it's not exactly the atmosphere to set up a swing set and BBQ pit with seating.

Trying to get started developing 300 lots on my golf course.

I figure I can replace a fuser drive gear (Swing Plate Assembly) on an HP4345 which is a 4 hour job I can install an HVAC system.

I know a lot of guys that swing a hammer and flip their own properties.  

I thought I could swing this motion in federal BK court by filing as a "person in interest," but it was a bit of a stretch given how the BK codes defines a PII.I could be incorrect, but, here in IL, I don't think I could've obtained in rem jurisdiction.

I talk to some air bnb folks in vegas they do pretty good.... we bought there because we like the tax situation and weather and unlike Palm springs area there is a ton to do if your not golfing every day..  

By consistent I mean stable growth and relatively minor market swings.
