Hi all, I remember listening to a biggerpockets podcast (the subject was wholesaling) where the guest mentioned a "blue book" that he had developed that was like a script for his employees to follow when speaking with a seller or buyer in regards to owner financing.

Just an update for everyone following this thread - I ended up not purchasing any of the parks I had under contract.

Someone in this age range is more likely to take risks, not foresee consequences, not take responsibility for their actions, and tends to follow peer pressure above that of authority.
