While they explain what some of the indicators are that they use to determine what would make a good emerging market, they do not really get into the nuts an bolts of exactly how to conduct this research.All in all I thought the book was good and it definitely gave me some moments of inspiration of things I can change in my own investing career, however I would have preferred more practical "how to" information versus theory.This is a book that I believe would be helpful for experienced investors.

When the three days are up (this can be 3 business days), then you should file the eviction with the court and evict the deadbeat.I would strongly suggest that you contact a lawyer (who is experienced with evictions) tomorrow morning and get the eviction filed ASAP.

I have yet to purchase a place.And at the moment, I'm an engineer (... or slave) to an aerospace company and would like to supplement my income with investment property.Perhaps one day, with due diligence, 100% of my efforts will benefit me (by allowing me to leave engineering), instead of pulling the line for the slackers and monkeys at my company.
