G'Day everyone,It's your favorite Aussie here.So I bought a fancy condo in Chicago last year for personal purposes and now I'm looking to rent it out.Believe it or not, I have no clue how this fancy schmancy stuff works.I'm a blue collar guy that flips hundreds of homes in blue collar working class neighborhoods (No staging is required lol)Sure, I can figure it out but I'd rather get an experts help who lives and breathes this type of higher end rental market.I'd need help with the leasing and not the managing.Any DIY tech apps that anyone can recommend also?

They price well, which is key, and they will stage the house for you as part of their commission, at no extra cost, which is a boon. 

So I simply don't know how sought-after these types of services are, especially since many commercial property owners will 'rehab' a property after owning it for a while or entirely revamp their brand/image at various stages of their investment...

I'm curious why so many investors don't stage their fix and flips - even if it's a sellers market and the homes are going under contract quickly. 

The seller is under water on the house and is in the pre-foreclosure stage.
