We got into the owner finance strategy because it creates income today while building cash flow for tomorrow.The coup de gras in almost all creative real estate investing strategies is one’s ability to find and access private money.

A little about the house:It is walking distance to the Apple Campus west of De Anza Blvd.  

However, from what I understand the best states to incorporate in are Nevada, Wyoming, Delaware, and South Dakota.Nevada is fast.

I reside in PA, live most of my life in MD and work in DE)  I thought it would be easiest if I open a business account with that credit union because that is where the money is for my investment.
