You didn't get a "smoking deal" - but thats ok - especially if you own an A class property in a great area.

She lived in the condo for 8 months and when she vacated I had to have the apartment repainted and the carpets cleaned because she smoked in the condo, which also was a violation of the lease.

If it's a tough area consider a metal frame to make it more kick resistant.Paint, darker shades of red, dark blue, buff or white all look presentable, and look like apartment door colors.
