You can do 30 day's notice if you want, but honestly in that circumstance, I'd keep the rest of that month's rent and as long as they were out, I'd give them the rest back (minus any damages). 

Because there was one other STR on the block ahead of me, these people knew that a STR means immaculate properties inside and out, and an owner that cares.Let these neighbors of yours know that because of you, this property will always be the nicest in the area.

Do not call list, blocking numbers, emails, etc does no good. 

I would check roof and structural damage as tornado 2-3 years ago tore up this area pretty bad. 

If it’s only a few blocks, I’d say you’re golden but check with your local realtor first.

Just like for renting any other property.....rent doesn’t get paid, damage, non maintenance, etc.
