Thoughts, anyone, on continued education and/or resources to invest ini to quickly grow?

Our site is ranking pretty well for quite a few keywords in our area, so I will continue that for when the market turns.

I am in the process of buying a bank owned REO which need some renovation work and so I will be doing the Home style renovation loan.

my suspicion (I havent gotten access yet) is that these three small cottage style rentals are not on seperate meters, and owner is paying utilities... therefore got solar... which I dont like... in Ca... people blast AC and behave like kids with their power if they arent paying it... 

NYC uses a magic formula (statistical analysis) to figure out how much your property is worth based on comparing size, style, and age of your unit with your neighborhood. 

If it dropped significantly in value could we continue paying and would we be happy with our payments.

I knew I wasn't leaving China anytime soon, but seeing the US market continue to increase, my sister and I decided to go for it...stop talking and take action.6 months later, i'm happy to say we are 1 week away from closing on not one, but TWO triplex investment properties. 

The idea has come to mind to rent it out and continue on down the road looking for a better buy.

You have something most do not have.As for saving for investing the best option is to adjust your life style. 

I’m wanting a modern style, not standard modular/standard home looking.
