House sales are extremely slow and the inventory continues to rise.As you know, I don't invest for appreciation.

The lady continues to control the home and live there but the value and the appreciation is not fully part of her estate.The simplest solution is to write a check and pay the bills.

It is in a good area that is growing and I expect values to continue to rise.

It is a bet on appreciation where there is no guarantee that past performance will continue into the future.
