Basically, no probing of wafers means that chips are not being shipped, which in turn means less consumer products being assembled...

We do better here in Oregon creating our own data base ( time consuming but pretty effective) and using lexus Nexus

It's absolutely amazing to me, however, it's expensive and time consuming.

I really don't have time to mess around with mortgage brokers or lending options which consume precious days and are unlikely to work, in the end.

Student loans prior to drop out, medical caused by the illness, consumer cause by the job loss, or a mix of two or three of those (if a mix, a percent breakdown would be helpful).Are they just unpaid/delinquent accounts, or was bankruptcy declared?

It is just so time consuming.  

Rather than just closing a modest bunch of good deals a year, the average investor will take a shot at fair deals that consume their time.
