They are very responsive, generate a video every time they go to the property for a service call and their tenant screening is great.For bigger apartment complexes Trinity Multifamily is really good. been working with their regional manager for the past few months targeting different acquisitions.

Recently my team unloaded a 5x5 unit and when I spoke with the on site manager of this 600 unit complex he had 1 open unit, the one my team and I just unloaded, 100% capacity and its no the busy season yet. 

Depending on the complexity of the house, Looking from the outside at the roof lines could give you some clues, also see if there are walls above and below this one.

I would look for a single family home as there are only about three condo associations that currently allow short-term rentals, and those complexes are starting to evaluate and discuss changing regulations to restrict or ban short-term rentals.

Most of these folks are either sales folks (nothing wrong, my partner is in sales) or have little to no background in dealing with complex accounting/finance issues.

If you Google that you may be able to qualify for loans via that route which should, in general, be much less complex than borrowing from your 401k.

I have a friend that needs a 50 person town home complex painted, and probably 3 homes a month, This job I believe is going to gain him access to those jobs thru me.
