In state of OH can a real estate agent be a property manager too?

This is a terrible way to price a property.

Hello everyone my name is Josnel and I aspire to become a Real Estate Developer.

I'm grateful for my real estate investments and having a property manager to answer the phone on days like today.

My current focus - what is the process once a family member/individual has passed and lets just say in a perfect world probate has been filed and the respective family is now thinking about selling the property.

It could be a property on a double lot, a property that get's dismissed because it is full of clutter, a listing that has the square footage wrong etc - and a deal can be made (not found)I’m not a wholesaler per se, but I have done a lot of marketing, at least in the past, due to endeavoring find deals. 

This is something a qualified contractor can easily resolve.

btw the above is not to be confused w/ a BOT.

From my experience (being on the DNC list and getting dozens of telemarketing calls a week) the main strategy is to ignore it and call everyone anyway.
