Agree to contract in 18 months at the appraised value, when you do that, arbitration in the event of disagreements should be agreed to, such can be the average of two appraisals for example.I suggest, since you are a broker, you need to see your attorney to ensure this is a properly drawn agreement as you have more to lose and you'll be seen as the expert in the room if things go south.

I could handle most of it myself, but I am not a tax expert (a very specialized area of practice) and understand my limitations.A long about way to answer your question, but as I said in 2. above: "no", you don't need an attorney if all you want is to create an LLC.

He is a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, bonded, insured, an ASHI Certified Inspector, as well as being certified through InterNACHI and AHIT...Does that sound like a normal inspection fee for Sarasota, Florida?
