The speaker runs one of the Multi-Family Syndication/Education pyramid concepts  Perhaps it's just geared for investors with different interests than mine but would be nice if they catered to people who just wanted to buy real estate, not be taught they can acquire 100 unit buildings in a pay to play scheme.

And let me tell you, doing your research is just as important as wearing sunscreen at the beach.When you buy or sell real estate, you have to do a lot of study to figure out how much the property is worth and how it looks.

Its actually very simple ( I have been buying and sell OOS for 10 years, 100s of deals) videos NOT photos of everything, NOT just what the seller wants you to see.

The days of buying and cash flow are long gone(unless you are in the middle of the US).

I'm not saying it's impossible to get small, value-add MF in the Southeast, but I am saying that most people I talk to have no idea what they're up against and often have unrealistic expectations of what they can buy here for the money.
