So I am still at the save and learn stage...books, podcasts, even occasionally do some side work with a local investor to get some hands on experience, while trying to trim fat and stash money.

They are trying hard to turn around burn economically there is nothing there to bring large amounts of good people in to the city.

Both are hard work and take time, it would be easy to get burned out and give-up on the end goal.
