If u find a house to put an offer in do u get a hard money loan so u can show a prof of funds letter

They are supposed to be out this weekend but the lady just sent a letter to the prop mgr and said they're not leaving and she can start an eviction because they are looking into suing.

It just pisses me off because I requested police records (which I have to pay for), had my lender update my pre-approval letter, got my insurance guy to get me a quote, etc. 

I plan on reaching out to the owner by a letter to see if she still wants to sell it.

First, the person must have a qualified disability and the doctor's letter (or qualified professional's note) must validate that fact.

I have taken action and sent out some yellow letters but I haven't received a response.

I've already started the process w/ my 5-day notice letter and on Tuesday I will file for eviction, just as my process dictates.

For example if you have a policy in place for evictions or charge a late fee for rent paid after the 5th, you have to follow them to the letter, no matter what story the resident comes up with.
