Then actually follow up, ask about the work quality, how many (if any) change orders those customers got hit with, was the contractor there when they said they would be there?

Just remember, never lose control of your deal.As far as marketing is concerned the Quality is in the Quanty.

Given the market in DFW and a dearth of quality duplexes in the Far North Dallas area, it could be a great opportunity, depending on the location.
