What my thinking was, right now llc rent income is only $57600, however if I use the same LLC to manage other properties also then, including all the rent (short & long term) my llc rent income goes to 250000.

My investment strategy focuses on long-term, low-maintenance SFRs in high-demand areas, aiming for cash flow rates above 7%.The market dynamics can vary significantly from state to state, and even from block to block within a city. 

The investor should consider what his long-term strategy is - are you going to live there for 5 years then sell, for instance?

Rates are hight right now and if your primary residents has a great rate the HELOC normally is the smarter play as long as your have repayment plan that allows you to risen and repeat.
