For ex if ARV of property is 700K . 95% of that = 665KAnd Lets assume you already borrowed 530K So far , then you can essentially use that 135K for next deal .

thanks , agreed need a more cost conscious contractor. when most houses here in ca are north of 1 mill i think contractors can assume 20 k is not a lot. 10k is a lot of money.
