Look for someone who advertises as cleaning up after hoarding, crimes, disasters.

I see all of these youtube and advertising for people to get into wholesaling with no money and I was just asking if anyone is making money wholesaling with little or no money.

There doesn't seem to be much turnout for these meetings, and it seems that they aren't properly advertised.  

I'm looking to buy a condo/duplex, and searching sites like Zillow and Trulia there are going to be multiple agents advertised on each listing.
