The calculation itself doesn't include these fees, however some of the maintenance factored into the 50% will be covered by the Hoa, so your 50% expenses may be more 40-45% but you will have your added cost of Hoa fees.

It just kind of fades in to the ads being served up on the right.I also seem to be having trouble with my logo; it's not appearing in my forum signatures, though it shows up just fine on the profile page.
