How anyone would buy with out looking  or at least having their own inspections their own apprasials first and fall for that line of sale tactics  its really on the buyer.. and you have to hand it to Morris he came on the scene with star power ( like TV guru who sell education) so he had a huge leg up.. and then you have many of these folks are first time investors who got caught up in his hype and jumped on.. there are also many like the post above who called BS and came to that conclusion on their own..

As I stated simply a violation of the investor publics trust and just plain American Greed.. which is where we will probably see this end up  ON TV...Thanks for jumping in.. and I wish you the best in your pursuit of justice in this matter.

We plan to go with a BRRRR strategy using quality but not luxury materials, so hopefully can attract good blue-collar tenants.Seems like the property manager is really key, both to maintaining the rental certification and to screening for quality tenants.

I do not have a huge portfolio, but for the properties I management myself I've been using: Cozy.coThey make marketing the property, accepting applications, screening tenants and collecting payments all pretty easy. 

Outside of that there are some companies (AAN TV Realty Inc is the first one that comes to mind) that love buying cheap lots in rural FL counties to try to resell to out of state buyers.
