I don't know how it is up there in Rochester, but down here in NYC and LI, evictions starting once the cold weather hits are a pain.

Following any of it is not only not in your best interest but may result in extreme pain and suffering of anyone in your general area or the surrounding planet.

Look up SCRA, the Servicemembers Relief Act, as it sets out what you can and cannot do, in terms of evictions.

It is a part of a condo and as such it is already a great pain in the neck, but the property comes apprx 50% market price my way and I can agree a payment plan for it too, so I was wondering what could be done there?

These might have been growing pains.

We have moved a bit (recently turned down a transfer to MN) so I can feel the moving pains.  

The closing process was a real pain in the butt though.

Reading it and not feeling like it was helping would be painful.
