Hi Brandon,San Tan Valley seems to be one of the few affordable place left in the valley, especially with strong infrastructure.

If a company can provide just the infrastructure of how transactions are routed and allow the bank to integrate that with their existing UI (user interface) then you really wouldn't even need an app like Venmo and Zelle to conduct your business.

You will still get starter size and priced homes in areas like Groveland, Leesburg, Mascotte on the West side (although these areas don't have great infrastructure or retail yet), Davenport, Haines City, Winter Haven are all already well underway, but again, traffic is an issue there.

I know some parts of California is REALLY expensive...but I would be that there are some towns that are a little closer to you than across the country and that might make it easier to monitor your property or get to know people.

Is it good for the schools, infra structure, etc.?  

It’s a noise monitoring device which alerts the host if things get a bit out of control.

There are definitely some cities where you NEED to live there to cut through all the shenanigans, and there are other cities that are fine but limited in infrastructure and the team on the ground (think of small cities where they don't have "property management companies" but individual realtors or priests who informally take the role as a side job).

Cost/lead is a made up illusion that doesn't monitor nor evaluate your marketing campaign.
