My beloved and I found a real estate investing group in Houston that impressed us (not mentioning any names, LOL!) 

I am going to be exploring San Antonio, Austin, and Houston around February 18th, and would like to know if there are any meet ups going on around those areas.

@Po Chan what I have seen in Houston is the reliance on "someone" will pay for a premium renovation in a impoverished area.

Typically you can get 25 basic professional photos for as little as $100 in the Houston area, which is typically what i do for a rental property.

It doesn't matter what age the roof is.From the quotes that I have been getting recently for homes around the Houston area from the carriers that I have access to in that area, (I am appointed with over 60 carriers, not all of them and I am always trying to get better access) but the carriers that I do have.
