A private money lender...say a friend or family member is many times relying on you to be the expert. 

If you inspect just 2 a day, 5 days per week, in 10 weeks, you will be an expert in your area, and probably know more about that market than the average re agent working there.Good luck.

If you have a good team mate/player, they can be the experts in whatever field they are in and you don't necessarily have to be.

If you know of any other seminars im open to those as well.I picked these three because i enjoy their podcast and feel they are a expert in this field.

I recommend you stay away from anything within spitting distance of 38th and Post".I certainly recommend giving heavy weighting to the advice of such LOCAL experts who know the CURRENT worth of neighborhoods (as against those who try to guess FUTURE increases).ie.
