@Russell Brazil: I honor the commission and have paid it several times to real estate agents that have brought in good deals, and I hear what you are saying... but this one i have to be a little cheap as i have already negotiated most of the concerns and the real estate agent has to just be a part of end results and closing which i think is just not correct....
