I didn't take the course so I'm assuming the material covered based on the test questions, (I took a sample test, 100 questions, got a 94 and missed a few due to disclosures I wasn't aware of).Hopefully, other mortgage originators will jump in.Let's view collateral first as to loan underwriting.Properties are appraised and those appraisals are reviewed.

I may keep mailing depending on the feedback if any.I just goggled around to find material.. its really a no brainer, pick some different stuff and alternate it all. depending on your budget adjust how many you send to the same person but I think the 1st 14 days are important... particularly if it is probate,divorce etc.
