Hello,   New to BP, I'm looking for an accountant and Financial Planner that believes and works with individuals with rental property in the WA State area. 

I recently had a financial event that allowed me purchase a duplex in Echo Park (near down town Los Angeles) and will be moving in after renovations hopefully in 2-3 months.  

The contractor has to send the budget to the financiers, and his sub contractors are not playing friendly with my schedule.

I am looking to dive in the world of real estate investing with the hopes of generating some passive income and one day becoming financially independent.

I am working with a partner in Louisville, KY where we are under contract on a house, currently, trying to figure out how to make the deal work financially. 

Besides my earnest deposit I have other financial obligations to this deal, title search, appraisal, attorney and and enormous amount of time.

@Jonathan Morning yes almost any financial institution will have access to all the FHA loans.

It is truly remarkable the amount of frugal muscles I have developed.Thank you too @Mindy Jensen for having guests and helping spread the word of financial independence.Not all heroes wear capes, some have podcasts! 

If he is in a bad financial situation, he may just be trying to leverage the situation to buy himself time.
