I can understand the card issuer repossessing your front load washer/dryer, but a property lien?

Can you get me daily mls email listings Do you have the time to do showings quick without a loaded down schedule that could make me lose hot deals Are you willing to do comps on properties and getThe back story on houses Can you find me off market deals not found on the mls

I have laundry hookups and could easily add laundry .. but I have to pay the water bill so I’m not about to do anything that adds to that especially after doing the math on coin laundry and the cost of the machines  unless your in a b class neighborhood I wouldn’t waste my time or money .

I'll end this long discussion by asking everyone not only what they think, but what are their experiences with lists and leads and wasting potential money on marketing?

Sorry, but REI's are a waste of time (generally).It is a meeting where everyone brags about how great they are doing, and do small talk about investing, exchange business cards that absolutely amounts to nothing, and then chat and mingle.

I plan to require renter's insurance, but I don't want to waste money covering things in my property insurance that would be covered by the renter's insurance.Thoughts?

I dislike them period, as they are of ZERO value to me and just a waste of time and gas.So to answer your question, to organize a good one, they need to provide value to investors.Just a "hi I am Monkey Man and I am an investor" just won't cut it.Provide value to wholesalers, investors cash buyers in a way they can not provide without the meeting.For instance, some say.. ohh you can find cash buyers there (as a wholesaler).I can find 300% more cash buyers in 20 minutes than sitting there for 2 hours by going online to craigslist.

If they are so rich and successful why are they wasting their time with newbies?

There may be a warranty on the roof but I wouldn't waste my time on it because it may not be transferable to you.
