That doesn't necessarily mean the level of finishes - flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, etc - will be same as your own home or your other apartments.

It's an entry level home and in this market, that segment is white hot.The agent not only ignored the expiration time on the offer, but the next morning after the offer had expired asked for it to be resubmitted without the escalation clause in order to "be fair to everybody", which is a load of BS.We did resubmit.
