The court is needed to impute the costs and charges on the other guy, you can not simply say he owes something and send him to collections without proof of him actually being obligated to it.

Bottom of page 3, top of 4... the trial court concluded that the Plaintiff can not seise and sell the membership interest in ths LLCs, but rather the Plaintiff's "only remedy is to have those interests charged with payment of the judgment".

I will let you know the probate list is a little tricky because you need to find the person in charge of the estate or the power of attorney. sometimes if you market to the house of the deceased the decision maker wont get it.
