Better put something in your rental agreement to cover that.Cleaning - We will clean the unit upon tenant move-out, but if the unit requires extra cleaning because the tenant left certain things in poor shape, we will charge for the extra cleaning according to a price list that we gave to the tenant with their move-out instructions.
